How LaneBolt actually works.
When a freight forwarder receives a request-for-quote (RFQ) from a customer, they usually spend 2-6 hours pulling rates from carriers, checking customs constraints, calculating margin, and writing the reply. LaneBolt collapses that into a single tap. A coordinated 5-agent AI team — Pricing, Route, Customs, Risk, and a Team Lead that reconciles their outputs — produces a branded, defensible, customer-ready quote in under 60 seconds. The forwarder can share it via a public link, WhatsApp, email, or LinkedIn.
Every follow-up step after that runs on its own. LaneBolt drafts warm Day-2 and Day-5 nudges to any customer who hasn't replied, publishes a weekly LinkedIn card for the forwarder, generates case studies from won bookings, drafts cold-prospect DMs every Sunday, monitors freight-rate movements and re-quotes stale lanes, and coaches the forwarder on every lost quote with a three-line "why we probably lost + what to say next time" note.
In total there are 20 AI autopilots running in the background of every LaneBolt team. A single Master Autopilot button turns all 20 on or off. The whole platform is designed for a solo operator on a mobile phone.
Who built LaneBolt.
LaneBolt is built and operated by Pablo Andres Lynch Mayorga — a solo caregiver-founder living in Dakabin, Queensland, Australia. Pablo cares full-time for both his parents. Every feature of LaneBolt is designed to run one-hundred percent autonomously so revenue keeps moving whether Pablo has 15 minutes of free time in a day or none at all.
LaneBolt was born out of Pablo's frustration with existing freight software — Flexport is built for 20-person operations teams, Freightos is a marketplace, Project44 is enterprise-only. Nothing existed for the solo forwarder or the two-person brokerage. LaneBolt is the anti-Flexport: built for one human who needs the whole revenue engine to run itself.
